Before he was a home inspector, Sherwin founded and operated his own construction business for over 30 years. He has also worked as a real estate investor during that time, giving him valuable and wide-ranging knowledge from multiple standpoints in the industry. Whether it’s new construction, a minor remodel, a full-scale renovation, or direct involvement in a real estate transaction—Sherwin has done it all. Sherwin also loves to play guitar, a hobby that he’s been passionate about since he was a teenager.
