Sherwin at Pronto Home Inspections was excellent. The website is easy to use, understand and make a home inspection... appointment. Sherwin’s inspection was diligent, thorough and he left no stone unturned. Throughout the inspection he was happy to have me (the prospective homebuyer) at his side all the while sharing what he was looking for, if the wear and tear was normal and what might need to be done to the house. His official inspection report was easy to read, detailed and had suggestions on whether things found in the inspection could be fixed by DIY vs a Qualified Professional. I cant say enough great things about mr prescott. he was on time, professional, extremely thorough and very detailed.... he was very flexible, he was able to meet with me with less than 24 hours notice and then was so understanding when i had to reschedule due to an issue with the utilities at the home he was inspecting.Not only was Sherwin flexible, patient and understanding, he was able to provide me with a very detailed home inspection report complete with photos and videos the same day. He was at the home at 9 am and i believe he called me that afternoon around 3:30 with the report. his price is very competitive, but more importantly he completely picked that house apart and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that i would understand (first time home buyer) he didnt make me feel stupid and was patient with all of my questions. I will recommend him to everyone i know and i trust him 100%read more
